What's the difference between the way products look online and offline?

Comfort Zone makes every effort to accurately display products in both picture and description. How the products appear online has a lot to do with your monitor resolution. For example, the color of a fan may appear slightly different online as compared to what you receive in-hand. If you’re unsure of a product color or pattern, it's a good idea to check with customer service.

 

How do I search for products on the site?

We designed our site in such a way that you can find products easily and quickly. You can search the site from the header search box, by typing in the item number, alias or model number, a brand name, product name or keyword. You can use the navigation on the left hand side of the category pages to further refine your results, such as by color, product type, and more.

 

How do I return an order or exchange product?

Please reference the return policy with the retailer from which you purchased your Comfort Zone heater, fan or humidifier.
